We are currently in the search for a Guardianship Paralegal to join our team. 

Guardianship administration and general private client experience to:

• Assist with drafting court applications and managing procedure prior to court hearing
• In gathering financial information to complete opening returns to the Public Guardian
• Assisting in the ingathering of information to complete annual accounts
• Familiarity with the Public Guardian’s professional guardianship scheme
• Day to day guardianship administration
• Assisting with drafting of wills and powers of attorney
• General support of the office when required e.g. holiday cover etc
