Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join this international law firms Finance & Restructuring team.  The successful team has a need for an experienced solicitor to work closely with and gain valuable experience from other senior lawyers and partners within the team. You will also have the opportunity to work on diverse projects within sectors like energy and infrastructure.  The role can be based in either the Sydney or Melbourne office.

The team offers full banking services, covering areas such as project finance, bilateral and syndicated lending and acquisition and leveraged finance. You will deliver timely results with a breadth of experience across a full range of banking and restructuring disciplines and will advise sponsors, lenders and market-leading borrowers on various financial matters including debt portfolios and major transactions.

To be considered for this role, a minimum of 4 years’ PQE is required, with experience in finance and corporate law. Previous experience in commercial litigation would be beneficial but is not essential.  This position can be full-time or part-time.  If this position is of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Cameron or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion.
