The Finance team is highly regarded for its expertise in Corporate Banking, Leveraged Finance, Funds Finance, Debt Capital Markets, and Real Estate Finance. They handle complex, high-profile matters for financial institutions and borrowers, with a strong reputation and growing presence in the industry.
 
The Role:

• Work on a range of banking matters, including corporate banking, leveraged finance, and real estate finance.
• Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers.
• Have the opportunity to specialise or gain broader experience in different areas of finance law.
• Manage your own cases with supervision and support from senior team members.
• Assist senior partners with more complex matters.
• Have opportunities for career development, including potential client secondments.

What You Need
To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 5 years'+ PQE in banking and finance law.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• A desire to learn and grow as a lawyer.
• The drive to provide excellent client service.
• Passion for developing expertise in banking and finance law.
