Our client is a highly regared, established firm based Ayshire. Due to continued business growth a superb opportunity is avaialble for an NQ - 1 pqe Family Law Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding freindly team.
The team are specialists in delivering the complete range of family law services to private individuals and families including separation, financial provision on divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, child contact and residence disputes, international child abduction and relocation, cohabitation, mediation and pre-nuptial agreements.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience of working in the areas of financial provision and child law.
Gained some experience of Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
Have a genuine enthusiasm for family law and to help clients achieve the best outcome for them.
Posses excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as client handling skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Be well-organised with strong administration and time management skills and the ability and drive to meet deadlines.
