Job Description

A highly reputable firm is looking for an experienced family solicitor to join its growing Family Law team in Edinburgh.

This role involves supporting clients through important life changes, such as separation, financial provision, child contact disputes, and modern family arrangements. The team provides clear, empathetic legal advice across a range of family law matters, including international child abduction, cohabitation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.

What’s Involved?

  • Providing legal advice and representation in financial provision and child law cases
  • Working on Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters
  • Collaborating with a supportive team of specialists
  • Managing cases independently with guidance when needed

What Skills Are Needed?

  • Experience in financial provision and child law
  • Strong written, verbal, and client-handling skills
