Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available for a solicitor to join a dynamic dispute resolution team specialising in family law. This role allows you to manage a wide range of family law cases while contributing to the growth and success of a forward-thinking team.
Role Responsibilities
Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, child law, and alternative dispute resolution.
Handling litigation and collaborating on more complex cases with senior team members.
Actively contributing to the team's development through business growth initiatives, marketing strategies, and achieving financial targets.
Engaging in advocacy as appropriate to the role and casework.
Skills & Experience Required
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in family law, with the ability to handle cases independently.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills to manage a varied caseload.
Advocacy experience or an interest in developing advocacy skills is desirable.
A proactive attitude and the ability to contribute to team success and client satisfaction.
