Our client, a leading Scottish law firm is currently recruiting for a Family Law Solicitor to join its busy practice in Glasgow.

Job Description

This role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver expert legal advice on a wide array of family and child law matters. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with substantial experience in family law, demonstrating a thorough understanding and ability to manage cases in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. Strong client relationship management skills and robust negotiation capabilities are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality legal advice across diverse family law cases, including financial provisions on divorce, child contact issues, and more.
Participating actively in business development to further enhance the firm’s presence in the market.
Managing a variety of cases efficiently to meet agreed financial targets and contribute to the profitability of the practice.
