Job Description


The team are hugely successful and have an excellent reputation for delivering an exceptional service to their clients. 

Due to expansion they have an immediate opportunity within their Edinburgh team.

This role will see you manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial provision, children's matters, co-habitation, pre-nups and grandparents rights.

The team are led by highly experienced Partners and you will be supported by an excellent team of highly skilled Legal Secretaries and Legal Assistants. 

There's great variety in terms of complexity of work and the opportunity for further progression is most definitely available. 

In terms of what's on offer, you will be able to have some hybrid working(following the successful completion of probationary period). There's great benefits including the option to buy/sell annual leave, Christmas shut down, company bonus scheme and early birthday finish amongst others.

What they are looking for is someone who has flawless client facing skills, someone who has great empathy and compassion and a minimum of 3 years' post qualifying family law experience. You'll be commercially aware, be comfortable time recording, be highly organised and used to working to tight court deadlines. 

As a more senior member of the team you will be willing to mentor and oversee less experienced colleagues and also participate in business development activities.
