The role entails managing both contentious and non-contentious matters, including appearances at Tribunals, and actively participating in business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQE and will provide comprehensive support to a diverse clientele, including sectors such as public, education, transport, construction, manufacturing, food and drink, aviation, and the arts. The team handles all aspects of employment law including discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues, large-scale restructuring, and TUPE. Known for their commercial, pragmatic, and accessible advice, the team has a strong reputation and is involved in some of the most high-profile and significant litigation cases in Scotland.
