Overview:

Role Requirements:
Experience:
NQ-3 years’ PQE in personal injury litigation
Experience handling defender personal injury files or pursuing high-value cases
Familiarity with litigation processes in Sheriff Court and Court of Session cases
Skills:
Strong technical understanding of Employers Liability, Public Liability and RTA claims
Excellent organisational skills – manage deadlines and service level agreements
Ability to draft pleadings, reports and attend hearings with confidence
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members
