The team handles complex loss claims for its diverse and growing client base.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of PQE with excellent commercial and client-facing skills. Experience in insurance litigation is preferred, but candidates with a strong background in commercial disputes will also be considered. You will be expected to manage a broad range of interesting cases, such as:
Pursuing and defending commercial and domestic public liability claims
Handling contractual and coverage disputes
Conducting appearance work and instructing counsel in Commercial Court actions and arbitrations
