There's real opportunity to grow here, lead the Court Team and to become an integral part of the business.
Your work shall be varied and shall have a focus on all family law matters including, divorce, cohabitation children's matters, separation agreements and pre and postnuptial agreements. You'll also be involved with residential evictions and guardianships so a real variety.
It's likely you shall have a minimum of 2 years relevant post qualifying experience and be comfortable appearing at Sherriff Court.
This role is East Lothian based but you will also appear at Edinburgh and you should be happy to travel on a regular basis.
