Corporate -Transactions - Edinburgh/Glasgow/Aberdeen - Associate/ Senior Associate.

Top tier international firm has an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Corporate Team in the Edinburgh office.
 
In addition, our client is also seeking an Associate based Glasgow or Aberdeen.
 
Because of our client’s international focus means that you will have the opportunity for cross border work and international transactions across key industry sectors whilst primarily getting the opportunity to work for excellent clients across the Scotland and UK market.
You will be responsible for a variety of work in a broad based role including:

Drafting principal documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments and Equity Capital Markets transactions
Providing efficient professional support to partners 
Developing professional client relationships
Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the firm 
Involvement in marketing events 
Managing and supervising the work of others including junior associates and trainees

We are interested to hear from 4+pqe solicitors who possess excellent drafting skills, can lead and project manage transactional work and the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice.

This role is very much a client facing therefore, strong interpersonal, consultancy skills coupled with sound judgement skills are prerequisite.
