Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking experienced Corporate Solicitors to join the teams based within the above geographical locations.
Ideally, you are an experienced Corporate Solicitor dealing with a broad range of corporate transactions including complex, challenging and high-profile corporate matters.
The team covers M&A, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. I
You must be able to work well within a team environment and be capable of dealing directly with numerous and varied client enquiries and transactions at any one time.
The role is ideally suited for those who have ambitions to progress their career and is comfortable with a significant amount of client contact.
