£55-£60k neg + Excellent Benefits Package.
Progressive, mid-sized law firm with a reputation for providing an excellent and outstanding service to their clients. The Corporate and Technology team acts for a wide range of businesses, from high-growth start-ups, to family businesses, as well as blue-chip organisations.
Our client currently has a great opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join the Edinburgh team to provide a quality service to clients principally in all aspects of corporate and technology activity and general commercial and business-related advice to include; investments, sales, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, intellectual property agreements and commercial contracts etc.
The successful candidate is likely to have at least 2 years’ experience in the area of general corporate work.
In addition to technical competencies, the candidate will have the ability to communicate in a confident, clear and relaxed way and will be able to work well as part of a busy team.
