Job Description

A leading global law firm is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its Glasgow team.

The role involves working on private M&A transactions across a variety of sectors and geographies, offering opportunities to contribute to high-profile, international projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements.
  • Leading due diligence exercises and managing transaction processes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide clear, client-focused legal advice.
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting business development activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced in corporate transactions, particularly private M&A.
  • Skilled in communication, drafting, and negotiation.
