Job Description

Advance your career as a Corporate & Commercial lawyer in Aberdeen. We are seeking a skilled Senior Solicitor / Associate with 2 to 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join an innovative and dynamic firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
  • Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
