Our client is a well-regarded Scottish national law firm, seeking to expand their Aberdeen Corporate & Commercial team by recruiting a Senior Solicitor or Associate (2 - 7 Years' PQE).
This growing team and firm advise clients ranging from SMEs to multinationals, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.
In this position, you will be involved in practice areas covering mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, employee ownership transitions, joint ventures, investment rounds, and IP & data privacy, across sectors such as Energy, Video Games, Tech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Food & Drink.
With continued focus on the growth and development of their Corporate & Commercial team and Aberdeen office, this is a truly great and unique time to be joining this firm.
