Corporate Associate / Senior Associate (6+ years' PQE)

Job Description

The successful candidate will work on diverse and complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on corporate law matters such as M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and reorganisations.
• Handling partnerships, LLPs, and corporate governance issues.
• Providing occasional commercial contract advice and corporate support to other teams.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in corporate law.
• Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability in business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
