This leading offshore law firm is looking to speak to Corporate Associates to join its highly revered Corporate practice in Jersey.
This role offers the opportunity for you to be involved in a variety of Corporate matters, including acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers, transactional work, and complex commercial contracts. The firm has a wide range of clients based across the world which require top tier legal services.
Ideally, you will be a Commonwealth-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience from a top-tier corporate or commercial firm. You will also have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: corporate, funds or banking and finance.
