The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and demand, we are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Legal team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, high-performing team while handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.

At McEwan Fraser Legal, we understand that 9:00am – 5:30pm doesn’t suit everyone, which is why we offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time options.

What You’ll Be Doing

? Managing a full caseload of residential property purchases and sales, ensuring smooth transactions for clients.
? Handling all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from missives to completion.
? Providing expert legal advice and outstanding customer service to clients throughout their property journey.
? Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure efficient case progression.
? Ensuring compliance with Scottish conveyancing laws and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

? Qualified Solicitor with experience in Scottish conveyancing.
? Proven ability to manage a full caseload with confidence and efficiency.
? Client-focused approach, delivering high-quality service with strong communication skills.
? Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
? Experience in private client, matrimonial, or litigation work would be advantageous but not essential.
