Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Legal team in Edinburgh. You will assist with a variety of residential property transactions, including:

  • Sales and Purchases
  • Transfers of Title
  • New Build Purchases
  • Remortgages

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents and property-related contracts.
  • Manage and assist with a high-volume caseload of conveyancing transactions.
  • Provide outstanding client service, ensuring smooth property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lenders.
  • Conduct property searches and manage post-completion work.
  • Update and maintain the case management system.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Conveyancing Paralegal work within the Scottish legal system.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing a full caseload of purchases and sales through to completion.
  • Client-focused approach, with excellent communication skills.
