Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced contentious construction lawyer with 4+ years' PQE to join a top-ranked Construction Disputes team.
 
Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, this position involves:

  • Managing complex construction and engineering disputes for clients in the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors
  • Providing strategic advisory services throughout project stages, from setup to dispute resolution
  • Working with a collaborative team to deliver client centered legal solutions

The successful candidate will have: 

  • A strong academic background 
  • Demonstrated technical skills in construction or engineering dispute resolution
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and effective client interactions
  • A proactive, client-focused approach to handling high-stakes disputes
  • An interest in infrastructure, energy, and related sectors
  • Legal qualifications in Scotland and/or England & Wales
