We are working with a leading law firm that is seeking a senior solicitor to join its growing construction team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects across the UK and internationally, alongside a collaborative team of legal professionals.
Role Requirements
Experience:
Strong background in transactional construction matters
Experience advising on procurement, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and documentation
Knowledge of development work within sectors such as retail, housing, hospitality and energy projects
Experience supporting cross-disciplinary teams in Real Estate, Corporate and Planning matters
Skills:
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Skilled in providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
Effective organisational and time management abilities to meet critical deadlines
