This role involves working on significant Scots law investment and development transactions across various sectors, including offices, industrial and retail.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Extensive background in Scottish real estate transactions
Proven ability to manage high-value cross-border deals
Focus on client service and delivery
Capability to handle independent transactions for clients based in Scotland and London
Skills:
• Proficiency in Scots real estate law
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Attention to detail and pragmatic approach to transactions
