One of Scotland's fastest growing firms is expanding it's Commercial Real Estate offering in Aberdeen by recruiting a Solicitor with between 1 and 3 Years' PQE to join their team.
This team has a very varied client base ranging from investors, to lenders, HNWs, family offices and utility providers across Scotland, which provides a wealth of experience to it's Solicitors.
If successful, your role will be very client focused from taking initial instruction, to maintaining regular contact, while also drafting relevant legal documentation, title examination and reporting, as well as dealing with LBTT and registration.
This team are looking for applicants who have previous experience in Commercial Property / Real Estate and can display a track record of strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
