Experience:
4–10 years PQE in commercial real estate
Hands-on experience managing high-volume and complex transactions
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
A practical, commercial approach to problem-solving
Strong communication abilities for client-facing and internal collaboration
Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior colleagues
