You work shall be varied and shall include matters such as:
Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation
Site acquisition and assembly for housebuilders
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
Handling renewable energy projects, including battery storage, wind turbines, solar, and hydro-electric developments
Title analysis and reporting, along with other due diligence matters
Ideally you shall have a minimum of 1 years' commercial property experience and be familiar with the above. Applications are also invited from candidates who have strong residential conveyancing skills and who are now looking to move into commercial property.
