Job Opportunity: Commercial and Intellectual Property Solicitor (4+ years PQE)

Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, independent law firm that values empowerment, innovation and collaboration. This firm is keen to recruit a dynamic Solicitor to work across a diverse range of commercial contracts, intellectual property and compliance matters, supporting clients across various industries.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial law, with proven experience managing and delivering complex cases
Expertise in areas such as ICT procurement, outsourcing, SaaS, data protection, IP licensing and brand protection
Key Tasks:
Advising clients on IT contracts, data sharing, security compliance and e-commerce strategies
Supporting clients with intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents and copyright issues
Delivering training sessions and engaging in networking activities to enhance client relationships
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships
A proactive and confident approach to managing workloads independently and collaboratively
