Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a solicitor to join a legal team in Edinburgh, specialising in IP, data protection, and commercial contracts.

• Advising on e-commerce, data protection compliance, and intellectual property matters.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts across different sectors.

About You

You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply. We’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years PQE in IP, technology, data protection, or commercial contracts.
• A proactive and organised approach to work.
• The ability to communicate clearly and build strong client relationships.
