Commercial IP/IT Associate Solicitor (4 years'+)

About the Role
You will work with a variety of commercial contracts, technology, information law, intellectual property, and compliance matters. This includes working directly with clients across sectors like government, education, financial services, technology, and life sciences, both in the UK and internationally. The role offers early responsibility and a broad range of tasks, which keeps the work dynamic and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on projects such as ICT procurement, data protection compliance, brand and trademark protection, IP licensing, SaaS agreements, and more
• Contributing to training sessions for clients
• Engaging in networking activities
• Collaborating on projects with an international network of legal partners

About You:

• 4+ years' PQE
• Strong communication skills, with a clear and simple style
• The ability to manage tasks independently with support available as needed
• A team-oriented approach but can work confidently on their own
• A commitment to providing excellent client service
