We are looking to recruit a Trainee Solicitor in our busy Civil Court Department commencing summer 2025 to be based in our city centre office in Inverness.
The Traineeship will be in our Civil Court Department for the whole two year period and will give the successful candidate experience of working in personal injury claims, property and tenancy disputes, commercial disputes and payment actions along with some exposure to a variety of other Civil Court work-types. Court and tribunal appearances would form a significant part of the second year of the traineeship.
The Traineeship will involve a high level of client contact and therefore strong interpersonal skills are an essential for this role.
