A leading independent Law Firm is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate, or Legal Director to join its highly regarded Pensions Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Job Description

The team advise a wide range of clients from sole traders to global corporations and trustees overseeing pension schemes of all sizes.

The successful candidate will advise trustees, employers, and pension providers on a broad range of pension matters, including benefit transfers, scheme wind-ups, liability management, M&A, GMP equalisation projects, and asset-backed funding arrangements. You will manage your own caseload efficiently, contribute to the team's collaborative environment, and engage in business development and industry networking.

To be considered for this position, you will possess a minimum of 5 years PQE with good level and knowledge and experience of pensions law. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced partners in a team ranked highly in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Legal Directory.
