This award-winning law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its market-leading Financial Services Disputes and Investigations (FSDI) Team in Glasgow.

Job Description

The firm has one of the UK’s largest Financial Services Disputes practices, advising a range of financial institutions, including banks and fintechs, handling commercial, business, and consumer finance disputes, including resolution, pre-litigation, and alternative dispute methods.

As a key member, you will work across the financial services sector, advising clients such as clearing banks, private banks, and niche lenders, with potential involvement in commercial dispute resolution. You will collaborate with Glasgow-based Partners on complex cases and strategic projects, contributing to the team’s growth and engaging in business development to nurture client relationships.

The firm is looking for a Scottish qualified Solicitor, from newly qualified up to 10 years’ PQE, with a background in financial or commercial litigation. The role requires an understanding of client needs and a focus on supporting senior fee earners while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
