The firm is seeking to recruit an additional Lawyer to join its Energy Team. This position offers flexibility in location, with the post based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
The primary objective of this role is to work closely with the broader energy team, offering corporate support to our clients and helping them navigate a changing legal environment. You can expect to be involved in a variety of areas including M&A, joint ventures, private equity and renewable energy projects.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years PQE with strong corporate experience as well as experience within the renewable energy sector. This is a great opportunity to join a leading team within a growing firm.
