We are looking for a Senior Associate to join a leading Real Estate team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Job Description

This role involves working on a variety of real estate transactions, including development projects, portfolio management, and real estate finance. You will be part of a supportive, inclusive, and flexible team that values clear communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on development and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage property portfolios, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Draft and negotiate real estate documents, including contracts and leases.
  • Conduct due diligence, including preparing reports on title.
