A highly regarded firm is looking for a lawyer with expertise in rural land and renewable energy to join their innovative team in Edinburgh.

Job Description

The role involves handling projects such as wind farms, solar farms, and hydro schemes.

The successful candidate will advise on option and lease agreements while supporting clients with rural property transactions, development projects, commercial leasing, and security work. Experience with agricultural holdings and crofting legislation is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver legal services on renewable energy projects and rural property transactions.
  • Support clients in housing development, telecoms, and diversification projects.
  • Supervise team members and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and engage in marketing initiatives.
  • Build client relationships and foster cross-department collaboration.
