Job Description

I'm looking to speak to candidates who are passionate about family law and who want to join a private practice who are committed to the ongoing development of their team.

You will work closely with a very experienced colleague who is really supportive and knowledgeable, if you are at the start of your career they will mentor and guide you.

You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, which shall include divorce, separation, custody arrangements, and associated matters.

The practice has both Legal Aid and Private Clients. A working knowledge of the Lega Aid system is preferred as is case management experience. Strong advocacy and communication skills are essential for this role and you will be someone who is confident dealing with clients, Sheriffs and other Solicitors.

This is a friendly firm who recognise and reward their teams efforts. In addition to your salary they also offer extended holidays and a discretionary performance related bonus which they have paid consistently for many years. You shall also be supported by a very experienced Secretary.

You will be able to work from home some of the working week following an initial settling in period and cover in the office.

If you'd like to have an informal chat about this opportunity please contact Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided.
