You shall be fully familiar and competent in managing the court process this shall include drafting writs, completing relevant documentation and preparing Local Agents for hearings.
You should have experience of using a debt recovery case management system be fully up to date with the relevant legislation, and shall be confident and clear in all your communications whether that be agreeing a repayment plan with debtors, instructing arrestment, coordinating eviction or issuing bankruptcy proceedings.
Ideally you shall be qualified or be willing to work towards qualification. Exceptional communication and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to manage deadlines.
