Job Description

  • Advise clients on GDPR, privacy laws, and compliance.
  • Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy documents.
  • Manage data breaches, SARs, and liaise with regulators.
  • Conduct gap analyses and create compliance plans.
  • Stay up to date with data protection laws and provide advice.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified solicitor in Scotland with experience in data protection.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
  • An interest in technology and evolving digital regulations.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
