The Role

You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, including M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Equity Capital Markets transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting key legal documents and providing practical advice.
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development.
• Managing and mentoring junior team members.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• 7+ years' PQE, ideally in corporate law.
• Excellent drafting, organisational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to manage complex transactions.
